A Day in the Life of Daniella Shapiro
It’s no secret that I am very good at time management and organization.
Everyone has the same 24 hours, so how do I run my business and personal life that has a balance; it’s actually easier than you think. It’s not about time management, it’s about energy management.
Here is my breakdown of last Thursday:
4:00am— Wake up
4:30am— Hit the gym for a great workout and a 10km treadmill run
6:00am— Steam room to gather my thoughts and clear my head for the day
7:00am— Breakfast meeting with new client & strategy session
7:45am— Head to office
8:30am— Marketing strategy for my new business ventures
9:45am– Check email
10:00am— Skype call with Tammy Kling,who will be publishing my book globally called “DISRUPTION”
11:00am— Call with my photographer, Grant Difford for my book cover
11:45am– Set up and confirm my interviews for my CliffCentral Entrepreneurship Show
1:00pm– Lunch meeting with my colleague Shelley Walters to discuss new projects
3:00pm– Call 5 new clients to update them with feedback and info
3:40pm– Reply to mails
4:20pm— Review 3 new websites we are launching, final changes
5:30pm— Check out new properties for our new offices
7:30pm– Dinner Date
10:50pm– Plan the top 5 things I need to the next day
11:00pm– Fell Asleep
Woke up at 4:00am next morning refreshed with a passion and enthusiasm for life.
For me everyday is different but I know that everyday and every second is accounted for focusing on what I am great at and delegating the rest.
Remember it’s not the amount of hours you work; it’s how productive every minute is.
